Zag bounces back out for follow-up Tidy Zag flew home on the run-in to land the spoils in the two-mile handicap hurdle at Tramore. Noble Call looked to have the field on the stretch going to the second last but he was collared at the last by Getoutwhenyoucan. That rival looked set for victory before 7/4 favourite Tidy Zag came with a storming late run, under Andrew McNamara, to get up close home. It was a second win in four days for Ray Hackett's charge who had run out a cosy victor at Cork on Sunday. “He bounced out so fresh and well after Sunday, which is unusual for him, so we had to take out chance,” said Hackett. “He usually takes a while to come out of his races and we'll give him a couple of days off now before deciding where to go next. He doesn't like being off for too long.” (Additional reporting by Thomas Weekes)
