Having won the second with Auld Enemy David Wachman and Wayne Lordan doubled-up with Curvy as she got up close home to win the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Handicap.

The three-year-old daughter of Galileo, who is a half-sister to Power, won on her handicap debut over the course and distance last month and she was strongly fancied to follow-up today.

Available at 11/4 last night she opened on-course at 2/1 before going off the clear 15/8 favourite.

Settled behind the leaders she was ridden under three furlongs out and she looked to be struggling with under two to race.

However she found another gear inside the final furlong, getting up close home to win by half a length.

Recent Curragh winner Dragon Fei (8/1) finished second under Colin Keane for Dermot McLoughlin while Jeremy's Girl (16/1) was a further length and a quarter back in third under Michael Hussey for Lester Winters.

David Wachman said afterwards: "She's a nice filly. She'll run in stakes races now. She's got a good pedigree so it's important to get some black-type."
