Ttebbob made an impressive debut over fences with a fine front-running display of jumping in the 2m2f beginners' chase at Thurles.
The Jessica Harrington-trained gelding gained a clear advantage from an early stage and, while a few rivals closed up early in the straight, Robbie Power's mount was still full of running.
The 3/1 chance stretched away again on the run-in with Power hardly moving a muscle to beat All Hell Let Loose by six lengths. Westerners Son was a further eight lengths back in third.
A lot of the interest was taken out of the race when the Willie Mullins-trained pair Moyle Park pulled up injured after mistake at the first, and Net d'Ecosse (fell second) were out of the race early on.
Mrs Harrington said, "I have been looking forward to that for a while. He schooled on his own at Punchestown on Monday and was very good and my only worry today was if other horses took him on over the first few fences.
"I know he has won over three miles but he has plenty of speed and Robbie took him back after the third last and also between the last two.
"He'll run in a 2m1f Grade 3 novice chase at Navan on December 6 and will then probably stick to two miles at Christmas. I'd rather keep to that trip than bottom him out but he'll end up over 2m4f."
Power said, "His schooling at home had been fantastic, and he was foot-perfect around Punchestown on Monday morning. He has buckets of scope and is exuberant. Just managing that is the main concern."
Willie Mullins had news of Moyle Park saying, "He is very sore and hit the fence with his hind quarters. He has probably pulled ligaments and if it was bone (damage) he'd be getting more sore by the minute but he walked off to the box. He was sore but I'm hoping it was muscle or ligament."
