Together Aclaim completed an 83/1 double on the evening for trainer John McConnell when taking division two of the Follow Us On Twitter @DundalkStadium Handicap.
The five-year-old gelding, who showed promise when runner-up to Dark Street here last month and was scoring for the first time here on his 30th start, provided apprentice Keithen Kennedy with a fifth career win.
The 11/1 shot responded well under pressure inside the final furlong to pip Snag It close home by half-a-length with Don’t Look Now the same distance further back in third.
McConnell was also on the mark earlier with Mulgrave (6/1).
Kennedy said, "He ran well the last day, his first time in a while.
"I'm very happy with him there today, he settled away lovely and, when I asked him to (go on), I was very happy with him.
"John was confident enough. He was tough."
