Kevin Prendergast sealed a double at Leopardstown when Tiz The Shot improved from winning a maiden at the track on Monday to score in the listed Eyrefield stakes over nine furlongs.
Prendergast said: "He is a hardy boy. We weren't going to run him today after his win on Monday but decided to once we heard the race was cutting up.
"He has all winter to get over the race now. He may go for Group 3 company next and could be a Hong Kong horse."
Tiz The Shot and Declan McDonogh came home at 6/1, upsetting the 8/11 favourite Obligation by a length. It was six lengths back to Banksters Bonus in third.
