PThe Stewards received a report from Turf Club Starter, Mr Val O'Connell, that Chris Timmons, rider of Lucky Spring had disobeyed his instructions on two occasions at the start of this race
Evidence was heard from the starter and rider concerned.
Having viewed the video of the incident and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that Chris Timmons was in breach of Rule 40 and taking his previous record into account suspended him for 5 racedays
