There's No Limit got up close home in the Linden Bloodstock Apprentice Claiming Race at Ballinrobe to score for Cian Collins and Jack Kearney.
It was Saxon Kingdom and Amy Jo Hayes who soon took them along and opened up a healthy lead over this extended nine-furlong trip.
Hayes steadied it up just outside the halfway point and her mount was claimed by a staying-on Tartaraghan racing to the final couple of furlongs.
There's No Limit soon improved into second, however, Adam Caffrey attempted to set Tartaraghan about her business entering the home straight.
The leader couldn't shake off There's No Limit, though, who kept coming and grabbed her to win by half a length at 11/1 for the AP Partnership. The runner-up was an 8/1 chance and was some seven and a-half lengths clear of Heliogabalus (6/4f).
Kearney said: "I rode him over six (furlongs) in Fairyhouse and told Cian to step him up in trip. He hit the line well over seven the next day and Deccy McDonogh thought the same thing (in Gowran Park).
"He needed every yard of it today and, once I made his mind up, he won well. He's very straightforward and loves that good ground.
"I had my first couple of rides over hurdles at Downpatrick last weekend. I'm in Cian's two mornings a week and go to Gavin Cromwell's four days a week, so two good yards to base myself in and hopefully get going over jumps for the summer.
"I'll still ride on the Flat when I can, but I won't be killing myself to make the weights any more."
There was a friendly claim on the winner.
