Held up well off a strong pace after plenty of competition for the lead, the durable Zebedee gelding was brought with his challenge on the outer and led a furlong out before defeating Sadiqaa by half a length at odds of 8/1. Rider Slattery, now on the ten-winner mark for the campaign, said: : "When he wants to, he knows where the winning post is! "He was good today. He's won nine now and he's a right fun horse.
