Scholars makes winning return Scholars Mate, off the track since December 2007, made a winning return to action for new trainer Willie Mullins in the Come Racing Again Tomorrow Handicap Hurdle. Produced with a perfectly timed run by Ruby Walsh the gelding got to the front on the run-in to score by two-and-a-half lengths from Mull On The Run. "He'll probably go chasing now," revealed Mullins. "He goes on that ground but I don't know if he'll go on soft. Being by Shernazar I'd be a bit worried. Hopefully he stays right."
