Sar Oiche doubles up in handicap The Jim Bolger trained and bred Sar Oiche followed up a maiden win in January with a second win at Dundalk this evening, winning the Champion's Restaurant Dining At Dundalk Stadium Handicap under the Derby winning trainer's son-in-law Kevin Manning. The daughter of Teofilo improved to lead a furlong and a half out and in the end kept going for a half length win over Colla Pier. Afterwards Ger Flynn, Bolger's representative and travelling head lad, stated "hopefully she won't go up a whole lot as she didn't win too far.
