Queen Mother Champion Chase fifth Realt Dubh is the standout name among nine horses entered for the Grade 2 Webster Cup Chase over 2m 4f at Navan on Saturday.

Noel Meade's 8yo son of Beneficial was making his seasonal reappearance at Cheltenham and will be expected to claim this prize should he take part.

Last season the bay gelding won three Grade 1's including the Arkle at Leopardstown in January and the Powers Gold Cup at Fairyhouse on Easter Sunday.

Between them two wins he finished third to Captain Chris in the Arkle at Cheltenham and then rounded off his season by finishing second to the same horse at the Punchestown Festival in May.

Having ran much better at Naas last time out Zaarito looks to be the main danger for Realt Dubh.

The Colm Murphy trained gelding looked all over a winner at Naas in a Grade 2 contest but was out battled close home by Seabass.

Tranquil Sea, who finished fourth at Naas behind Seabass and Zaarito could also take his chance while the Gordon Elliott trained Roi Du Mee is another with solid claims.

Old boys Trafford Lad, In Compliance, Natal, I Hear Symphony and Saddler’s Native complete the possible line up.
