Premier League Footballers Try Racing Commentary Leading bookmakers Betway arranged for ITV Racing’s commentator Richard Hoiles to give four of West Ham United’s Star players a lesson in commentating. As we near the start of the Cheltenham Festival James Collins, Mark Noble, Patrice Evra and Joe Hart were put through their paces by Hoiles. Their task was simple: learn the basics before taking an exam which involved commentating on a race featuring a classic Cheltenham betting moment.
