One For Joules (6/1) followed up on her recent victory over hurdles, when winning division two of the Roscommon Herald Handicap under Danny Mullins, the last of the five flat races on the card.
The versatile daughter of Choisir was making it career win number four here having won a claimer on the level at Wexford last summer before winning her maiden hurdle at Clonmel in September of last year.
She then won on her fifth start of the new year at Tipperary last time out when beating Worldly Wise by a comfortable three and a half lengths in a two mile handicap hurdle.
The 4yo who is certainly paying her way, came from off the pace and got to the front inside the final furlong after making some good headway. She stayed on well in the lead to fend off the challenge of the well supported 15/8 favourite Action Master by a half a length at the line.
The front two went five and a half lengths clear of the third placed Akinspirit at 8/1 while Formal Bid at 12/1 completed the placings a length and a quarter back in fourth.
Winning trainer John 'Shark' Hanlon said afterwards: "I was just afraid the ground had gone for her, but Danny (Mullins) said she didn't mind it.
"She is in again tomorrow for a handicap hurdle but we will see how she comes out of this before deciding whether or not to run her. If there is more rain she definitely won't go.
"She dropped herself back, down the back of the course but she picked up again as the ground got better."
