O'Leary on the mark again with Exam Cursory Exam gave trainer Ger O'Leary his second winner of the week when claiming the ten furlong handicap at Dundalk. Daniel King settled his mount behind the leaders before producing him to lead over a furlong from home. The 4/1 joint favourite stayed on well in the closing stages to post a length-and-a-half win over Mads Black Eights. O'Leary had also struck here on Wednesday with Mehman and he said of this winner:- "He's very solid in that grade and got a lovely ride. He got the run of the race really, he got the box seat. He was able to finish it off. "He's in the sales, the online Tatts sale on the 18th and 19th along with seven or eight other horses. I have to restock. We have been running these horses a long time and they are running well. Somebody will win plenty of races with them. I think he will go to 80 (rating).  "We are going to get a few nice yearling fillies and hopefully it works out. "He (King) is value for his claim, he has a cool head on him. It takes a real horseman to do that (be among the winners in both spheres)." (Quotes by Michael Graham)
