Noble among Peterborough Chase 15

The Paul Nolan trained Noble Prince is the sole Irish entry for the Grade 2 Peterborough Chase at Huntingdon this coming Thursday.

The 7yo son of Montjeu, who won at this year's Cheltenham Festival, ran a cracker on his last start at Navan to finish just two lengths behind Big Zeb over 2m in the Fortria Chase.

Before that he had won on his seasonal debut over fences in the Grade 3, Poplar Square Chase at Naas.

Thursday's contest is over 2m 4f which is his ideal trip.

If he does take his chance he will face stiff opposition in the shape of Somersby, The Nightingale and Tartak who are among the fifteen strong field.
