Leopardstown's pre-Cheltenham gallops today has turned into something of a disappointment with drying ground resulting in no serious work been seen at the Dublin venue.

Thirty one horses from a number of the top yards were due to gallop after racing but few were allowed go faster than a canter.

Willie Mullins was represented by a dozen horses while others to canter horses were Dermot Weld, whose pair Daffern Seal and Merchant Royal went with Galway Hurdle winner Moon Dice.
