Night Glimmer sprinted away from her rivals at the furlong pole to win the one mile two furlong 47-65 handicap at odds of 7/1.
She was the subject of off-course support during the day from 14/1 to 11/2 but drifted slightly on course to 7/1.
Night Glimmer won by a comprehensive three lengths under Niall McCullagh from Cinderella Story with Redera back in third.
John Feane, assistant trainer to Reginald Roberts said: "The step up in trip suited her. She ran well here last time and we fancied here. I think a few people must have jumped the gun on the price."
