Nedita added to an initial win here also over a mile last month when just coming out on top in a thrilling finish to the William Hill Best Odds Guaranteed Handicap at Dundalk.
Luke McAteer 's mount made headway between horses early in the straight and after being ridden to lead about a furlong out, just held on in a three-way photo finish.
The David Marnane-trained 15/2 chance beat Elegant Madame by a shorthead with Ransom just a head back in third.
McAteer said, "I thought I was up on the line, last 100 yards not so much. I could see a horse on the far side of the horse that came to challenge.
"I probably got there soon enough, but then I got there easy. I kind of just landed there, but delighted with him. Hit the line good, he's got plenty left and he's in good form.
"It is nice for him to win another race."
On stable form, he added: "In fairness, we all work together. Tristan rides this lad at home all the time. Everyone has got their own way of doing things and it seems to be working at the minute, so hopefully we can keep going."
Marnane and McAteer were also on the mark with Amemri here on Wednesday.
