Trainer Ciaran Murphy is hoping his J.P. McManus-owned Irish Grand National-placed Enjoy D'allen can bounce back following a disappointing recent run when he contests the Paddy Power Chase at Leopardstown on December 27.

The nine-year-old finished third in the 2021 Fairyhouse feature race before filling that same position in that year's Paddy Power Chase at Leopardstown/

Unplaced in last December's renewal, Enjoy D'allen recently raced in snatches when finishing seventh in a cross-country race at Cheltenham with Murphy now reporting “he is in the Paddy Power and has run well there for the last two years.

"Obviously after Cheltenham it is hard to know with him how he enjoys racing these days but we'll keep switching it about and just hope he click one day, maybe it will work.

"He is in great form, so we will see what happens."
