After winning the fourth at Tipperary with Stormy Tale Mick Mulvany completed an across the card double with My Silver Nails in the Collierstown Fillies Handicap.
Partnered by Gary Carroll, who was also completing a brace having took the opener on Bailly this daughter of Tough As Nails was sent off at 5/1 having finished third on her last two starts at Fairyhouse and Sligo respectively.
Sent straight to the front by Carroll, the grey victor made all.
She was pressed by Nisior Donn from two furlongs out, but went on again once ridden, keeping on well inside the final furlong to score by a length and a half.
The aforementioned Nisior Donn (8/1) had to settle for second under Rory Cleary for Gavin Cromwell, while the 6/4 favourite Queen Rabab was another half a length back in third.
"The bossman went to Tipperary and he doesn't like driving so that was a tip in itself for that one!" said the trainer's brother Laurence Mulvany.
"This filly has been knocking on the door all year and her last two runs have been very promising.
"We were a little worried about her getting the trip tonight but she's stuck at it well and we're delighted with her.
"I don't know what the future plans are yet but there will probably be a handicap in Galway for her. There could be a seven-furlong race for her there if the handicapper isn't too hard on her."
