Mullins eyes bigger prizes for Harbour Highway Point-to-point winner Harbour Highway made an impression on his first racecourse start in the bumper at Navan. Patrick Mullins asked him to go and win his race in the final furlong and the five-year-old gelding stretched away well. The only horse that attempted to go with him was Mywayofthinkin (6/5f), but he was readily outgunned in the latter stages. Harbour Highway took first prize by three and a-half lengths at 9/5. Masterboy Davis (5/1) completed the placings in third some 10 lengths adrift of the winner. Emmet Mullins said: “That was great. He had shown plenty at home and Patrick had a sit on him on an away day. He was very keen to stick with him wherever he was going to run. “It was nice to get that done first time out. He was impressive and galloped through the line, hopefully he'll go on to bigger and better things. “It's a few weeks to Punchestown still, there is the winners' bumper there and maybe even the champion bumper. We'll see how he comes out of it. “He was a nice purchase at the Cheltenham Sale last year. I think a few people knocked him on the day for a wart on his eye but thankfully he was able to see where he was going today!” Additional reporting by Gary Carson
