Miss Yvonne was another who benefitted from front-running tactics when claiming the nine-furlong handicap at Tipperary in some style.
Shane Foley was soon in front on the Jessica Harrington-trained filly in the three-year-old contest and she powered home in the closing stages for a wide margin success.
The 11/2 shot, in first time cheekpieces, kicked a few lengths clear early in the straight and stayed on strongly in the closing stages to post a seven-length win over Alabama Pearl
Assistant Kate Harrington said afterwards:- "She had been knocking on the door on her last two runs and got her act together and has run right to the line there.
"She is in the July Sale and goes there off the back of a very good win. I'll be sad to see her go but she is a nice filly who will win plenty races for the right connections.
"She is owned by Robert Lanigan and John Magnier, is definitely progressive and is still learning on the job."
