Shane Broderick was within inches of training his first winner at Tipperary yesterday evening when We'rejustfriends went down by a short head to the Michael Hourigan-trained Minella Captain in the Railway Handicap Hurdle.
'I was sorry to beat Shane again as it would give me great pleasure for him to beat me' said Hourigan afterwards.
