McNamara on the easy list

Andrew McNamara is set for a further spell on the sidelines following a heavy fall at Thurles last Thursday.

The jockey received a fall from D's Trix at the sixth last flight in the Leugh Handicap Hurdle and was subsequently taken to Limerick Regional Hospital having suffered concussion.

Speaking today, McNamara said "I am feeling quite sore still and, while I'm not sure exactly when I'll return, I should know within a few days."
