Trotsky winner of the 2005 Midlands National at Kilbeggean continues to defy his advancing years and collected his third race of the year when taking the www.fairyhouseracecourse.ie Handicap Chase at Fairyhouse today.
Winning trainer Pat McKenna was busy and led Trotsky away immediately after the race but his father Malachy did mention “I'm delighted with that win as it is Pat's first winner. We had Trotsky in training with James Lambe until Pat received his license recently.”
