Ado McGuinness is aiming a few of his winter team at the All-Weather Championships Finals Day at Newcastle on Good Friday.

Apache Outlaw was in fine form with two wins at Dundalk in November and December and is set to be on the boat.

He could be joined by Tribal Star, a maiden winner in November who was narrowly denied in handicap company the following month.

Dark Ace won both his starts at Dundalk in October and November and is another being aimed at the meeting.

McGuinness said:- "Apache Outlaw will go, hopefully Tribal Star will go - they will go to Newcastle. Dark Ace will go and will get another run.

"A couple of them will have to get another run, but they will get a run before they go.

"I'm looking forward to them."

McGuinness also has his sights set on the new Flat season which begins March 16th at the Curragh and he added:-

"The season is starting very early this year, so I will have two or three horses for the Lincoln. We usually have more, but it is earlier this year.

"No More Porter is one, and we might run Tribal Star in it if the ground stays very soft as it will suit him. We will also have Casanova. They will be the mainstays."
