After light rain this morning, the ground is now soft, yielding to soft in places at Cork and Petticoat Lane, a winner on easy ground at Limerick on her penultimate start, is now 5/2 favourite, from 9/2, for the 7f fillies' handicap at 3.20. Thunder Kiss who won the Munster Oaks on yielding ground at Cork in June, is 9/4 favourite, from 4/1, for the featured Give Thanks Stakes at 4.55.
At Kilbeggan, Johanna Yeats has been supported from 12/1 into 9/2 for the first division of the 80-95 rated handicap hurdle at 5.45, while half an hour later in the second split there's been money for Sean O'Keeffe's mount Tullyhogue Fort who is into 9/2 from 13/2.
Finally, there's been quite a plunge on Noel Meade's Dream Conti in the handicap chase at 7.45.
The 8-year-old, whose recent form wouldn't inspire confidence, is into 9/2 from 25/1. He does have a good record after a lay-off, though, and this is his first run for 98 days.
