Jim Bolger and Kevin Manning enjoyed a magnificent day when recording a 12/1 treble this afternoon at Leopardstown. The first leg of their treble came when they won The Coolmore Fusaichi Group 1 with Lush Lashes They were later seen to good effect when winning The Irish Champion Stakes Group 1 with New Approach
The final leg of their treble came when they won The Irish Stallions EBF Maiden with the well backed 6/4 favourite Vocalised in the familiar colours of the trainer's wife Mrs Jackie Bolger.
Bolger commented afterwards, "Kevin said that he is still very green and to bear in mind that he is a very late May Foal. There is still alot of improvement to come and he is definitely one for the future."
