Ger Lyons recorded a double this evening when his charge Bada Bling came home in front of the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Median Auction Maiden under Keagan Latham in the familiar colours of Anamoine Ltd.
Winning trainer Lyons stated afterwards: “The owner Mrs Patino has been with me from the start and I’m delighted she won for her. She breeds all of her own horses and this is the first winner for Big Bad Bob so it was very important that she won.”
“I have a couple more of Big Bad Bob’s at home and they are the nicest horses to train and all very honest. She is in a claiming race on Friday at Down Royal and we’ll probably head there next.”
