The Patrick Magee-trained Lismacbryan got up late to spring a 40/1 shock in the Gormley's Gallery Handicap at the Curragh.
Rory Cleary held his mount up in the six-furlong contest and she showed a good turn of foot to launch her challenge inside the final furlong.
The Kuroshio filly got the better of Saturn Seven close home for a head victory.
Lismacbryan had been fourth on her handicap debut at Bellewstown just two days ago.
Magee said afterwards:- “She's learning on the job. She had a lovely run the other day and we're running out of time so I said we'd let her go again.
“The horses are running well now so we need to be running them. We were quiet enough all year and everyone has been patient, it's paying off now thank-God.
“She's in again on Wednesday at Navan and I'd imagine she'll go again.
“I thought she wanted slower ground but the young lad got off her the other day and said don't be afraid to run her on nice ground.
“She got a very good ride from Paddy McGettigan two days ago. He educated her and wasn't hard on her so that had a big part to play in it as well.
“Robbie Colgan couldn't do the weight today, he rode her in her maidens and was good on her as well so it's a big team effort.”
