Knockoff in right place at right time Definite Knockoff was produced at the right time to land the spoils in the finale at Killarney this afternoon. Drumlister made a bold bid to make all in the two-and-a-half mile contest but wasn't helping Barry Cash by jumping right. The 7/2 favourite ran down the third last badly and Definite Knockoff was soon challenging on the inner. Harley Dunne's mount was in front going to the final flight and held the renewed challenge of Drumlister on the run-in to record a length-and-a-quarter success. The 10/1 shot had just faded in the closing stages at Downpatrick last time and the former point-to-point winner was recording his first success on the racecourse. "Harley is good value for his 7lb claim. He's a neighbour of ours and comes in to school. He got him into a nice rhythm over the last few," said trainer Sean Doyle. "He's a horse that's had a bit of injury trouble but came back well. Hopefully he'll run again at either Downpatrick on Tuesday or Clonmel next Thursday." (On course reporting by Alan Magee)
