Karen Kenny recorded her sixth career win when winning the Derrinstown Stud Apprentice Handicap aboard the Pat Martin trained Cullofane
Kenny produced the 25/1 shot to lead over a furlong out and the pair kept on well to score by two and a half lengths.
Winning trainer Martin said afterwards: “I’m delighted for Karen [Kenny] who works very hard in the yard.”
“She finished third on this lad last year at the Curragh."
"He wasn’t himself last season and he appreciated all the rain that fell this evening.”
