Kennel Hill looks to have increased his value after a battling success in the hunters chase at Downpatrick.
Plenty arrived with chances at the second last but it was James Sheehan's charge who stayed on best on the run-in to land the spoils under Declan Queally.
Sheehan, who was making his first visit to the course said: "He's a big baby and is improving all the time.
"He jumps well and is a real chaser. He has plenty of scope. He's for sale and may go to Doncaster."
