Keane doubles up aboard Urbestchance Urbestchance ran out a surprise winner of the last at the Curragh, the Monread Centre Naas Maiden, providing Colin Keane with a quick 272/1 double. The Ger Lyons trained daughter of Zebedee opened at 8/1 with Paddy Powers last night but she proved friendless with punters, going off at 20/1 in the colours of the RMS Crystal Racing Syndicate. Settled towards rear she made progress from over two furlongs out and she was ridden to challenge with over a furlong to race. She kept on best inside the final furlong, getting to the front under 50 yards out before going on to score by three parts of a length. Fellow newcomer Fort Del Oro finished second at 8/1 under Billy Lee for Eddie Lynam while Mutadhamen (8/1 to 6/1) was a length back in third under Pat Smullen for Dermot Weld. Shanghai Beauty was sent off the well-backed 2/1 favourite (opened at 5/1 last night) but she could only manage a disappointing fifth under Shane Foley for Ken Condon. Ger Lyons said afterwards: "She's a half-sister to Capt Chaos (won the Tetrarch Stakes on this card in 2008). "She's showed plenty at home but I was worried about the ground. I think she can be a black type filly, and if she reaches the heights of her brother she'll be alright." Additional reporting by Alan Magee
