John Oxx and Mick Kinane recorded a double this afternoon when winning The Irish Stallions Farms EBF Fillies Premier Handicap with Masiyma in the colours of HH The Aga Khan.
Dermot Welds Suailce led approaching the straight and was strongly pressed by Kinane 1f out the two battled all the way to the line and Kinane's mount stayed on well under pressure to lead on line and win by a short head.
John Oxx said afterwards, "The better ground suited today it was bottomless the last day when she ran in Gowran Park. She's running to her Limerick form where she beat the runner up previously. We'll try get another run into her, she'll be retiring at the end of the year."
