Jock makes it two for McGuinness Ado McGuinness doubled his score on the night at Dundalk when Oor Jock got home in front in the first split of the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Dundalk Handicap. Earlier on the mark with the Ronan Whelan-ridden and Sean Gallagher-owned Specific Gravity, McGuinness did the business here with another sprightly nine-year-old in Oor Jock. Declan McDonogh in the Dan Daly silks, was in no mood to be denied aboard Oor Jock, and he got the chestnut across the line, a head up on Strategic Heights. "He's been consistent lately.  He was in a good place today, he stayed going well, because I got there a shade early," said McDonogh. "Sure what do you do on those old ones when they are going forward.  In fairness to him he stuck his head out.  In times past he's probably had a think about it. "He's been over and back to England twice as well and he's a fun little horse.  He's been great for the owner and Ado's horses are flying." (GC & EM)
