Connections of recent impressive Curragh maiden winner Tina's Indian have decided to hold onto the Calyx colt despite plenty of interest from potential buyers.

Backed from 33/1 into 3/1f on his racecourse debut earlier this month, the Mark Fahey trained two-year-old justified that plunge with the minimum of fuss.

Leading over a furlong out, the Ronan Whelan ridden winner went two-and-three-quarter-lengths clear of his rivals.

Mark Fahey, speaking at Wexford on Friday, said: "We still have him at home and we think we're going to run him once more, where we're going to go, I'm not sure.

"We've been overwhelmed by the interest in him, but fair play to his owners, they've decided to run him again."
