Dessie Hughes and Bryan Cooper successfully teamed up for their fifth winner in the past week when taking division one of the Slievenamon Maiden Hurdle with Datokepe
The front-running Mayo Mystique led them into the straight but soon came under pressure when headed by Datokepe approaching two out.
The heavily-backed 2/1 favourite kept on strongly in the straight to beat Rattan (11/4) by five lengths, with Mayo Mystique (20/1) a further two lengths back in third.
Hughes, who is looking after his runners at Aintree, is enjoying a great season and is currently third in the trainers' table with 49 winners.
