The Festival Party Pack Moscow Flyer Novice Hurdle saw a convincing winner in the Shark Hanlon trained Luska Lad after he came home in front in the hands of Andrew McNamara.
McNamara produced the son of Flemensfirth to lead at last and went on to post a four and a half length win over 4/5 favourite Saludos
A delighted Hanlon remarked afterwards: “He’s much better going that way. If I had my way we’d steer clear of Cheltenham and wait for the festival here.”
“I don’t know why but he hangs when going left-handed and I’ve had him checked out top to bottom but we can’t find anything it’s just one of those things.”
