Johnny Murtagh's promising three-year-old Hanalia will make her return to the racecourse in the Group 3 Snow Fairy Fillies Stakes at the Curragh on Saturday.

A lightly raced daughter of Sea The Stars, the Aga Khan owned filly won her maiden at that same venue in May, before stepping up to black type company to win a Listed race at Naas the following month, on what was just her third career start.

On her most recent outing, Hanalia was far from disgraced when a highly creditable sixth in the Irish Oaks. Having been short of room under two furlongs out, the 9/1 chance stayed on late once in the clear.

Trainer Johnny Murtagh said: "She is ready to go on Saturday. It is a nice race for her - it is a stepping stone to the Blandford, so we are looking forward to getting her out.

"She has been very good (since the Irish Oaks), she ran very well in the Oaks.

"I think a mile and a-quarter is probably her trip."
