The son of Almutawakel raced in rear of mid division before making progress in the straight, eventually getting to the front over one furlong out before staying on well for a five and a half lengths win over Wakita
Afterwards Halford mentioned "Hujayela likes this surface and ran well on her handicap debut here before being unbalanced at Bellewstown on her last run. She'll stick to the all-weather now and will go for another handicap."
