Following selective watering and 2mm of rain in the early hours of this morning, the going at Listowel is now described as good, good to yielding in places.

Clerk Of The Course Paul Moloney reported that the forecast is for potentially a further 8-10mm of rain today. It is expected to clear by the tine racing gets underway at 2pm

There are 5-6yardss of fresh ground in operation on both on chase and hurdle tracks.

The featured Guinness Kerry National is due off at 4.20.
