Goldrush wins another Listed race Jim Bolger's Goldrush remains unbeaten now after a three outings, her latest success coming in the Listed Irish Stallion Farms EBF Cooley Fillies Stakes at Dundalk. As she’s shown already the 1.7 million Euro yearling has a fantastic attitude, and no lack of talent either, when prevailing again on the polytrack under Kevin Manning. After scoring over a mile on debut at Navan early last month, the daughter of Frankel and Alexander Goldrun again faced an eight furlong assignment here, having triumphed over an extended mile and a quarter two weeks ago here. Three and three parts of a length split the first eleven home but Goldrush knows where the finish line is and she saw off Aneen by half a length. Manning reported afterwards: "She did the same here a fortnight ago. I didn't think dropping back to a mile would inconvenience her as she won over a mile at Navan and showed plenty of pace. She's just a filly on the up and I'm very, very pleased with her. She's a filly for the future. "Her mother (Alexander Goldrun) was the same (tough). She's going the right way and I think there is plenty more improvement in her. I don't think we have seen the last of her yet.  "She stays well and she has pace but all the good ones have that." When asked if the sky is the limit for her, he replied: "Anything we have asked her to do she has done it. I can see her going plenty further than this.  "I don't think there is a great deal left for her this year but we'll see plenty of her next year." (MG & EM)
