Fairyhouse, which gets under way at 1.50pm today, is soft, heavy in places (dead ground but drying).

There are seven races on the card including two Grade 1s - the mares hurdle at 2.25pm and the Powers Gold Cup at 4.30pm.

Down in Cork the going is described as soft on the hurdle and chase courses. The weather forecast is for a generally dry day today and tomorrow.

Cork also hosts seven races with the Grade 3 Imperial Call Chase the feature at 4.15pm.
