Following 1.5mm of rain in the last 24 hours, the ground at Fairyhouse remains heavy ahead of the second day of their Easter festival. The forecast is to mainly remain dry with occasional passing showers on Monday (1-3mm approx).

The first of an eight race card gets underway at 1.25, with the featured Irish Stallion Farms EBF Honeysuckle Mares' Novice Hurdle(Grade 1) due off at 2.35.

Meanwhile, following a dry day yesterday and 2mm of rain overnight, the going at Cork is now soft to heavy. There is the possibility of light showers today (2-3mm approx).

Racing gets underway at the Munster track at 1.10, with the second day feature of their Easter meeting, the Grade 3 Bar One Racing Chase, fixed for 3.30.
