The Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Handicap saw a thrilling finish with Fingal Rock from the Peter Casey yard under Oliver Casey getting up in the closing stages to deny Lady Songbird under Joseph O’Brien by half a length.
Winning jockey Casey said afterwards: “I didn’t want to go as wide as I did but I had to as Rory’s horse forced us out. She was very good and we’re very pleased with her.”
