Signor Ferrari (11/1) registered consecutive course-and-distance monthly handicap wins at Dundalk today, as the Pat Murphy-trained four-year-old landing the concluding View Restaurant At Dundalk Stadium Handicap under jockey Luke McAteer.

The son of Invincible Army had landed a morning gamble when reverting back up to today’s distance in January and today followed up from 6lb higher, when beating Trishuli River by three-parts of a length.

Afterwards Co Kilkenny-based Murphy said "he toughs it out well. sThe last day I thought he got a bit lonely in front and at the 100 yard marker today, I thought for a second if something came they might just catch him. Luke got one into him though and he toughed it out well.

"He wanted a lead just to be taken into it and it is hard to stay going in front around here with a horse like him."
