Two-time winner Energumene heads the 12 entries for the €100,000 Bar One Racing Hilly Way Chase at Cork on Sunday, a meeting that will be shown live on RTE television.
The Champion Chase winner has been absent for 593 days having missed all of last season and is one of six entries from Willie Mullins’ powerful Closutton yard that also includes Appreciate It, Blue Lord, Dinoblue, Ferny Hollow and Hunters Yarn.
Other notable names among the entries for this Grade 2 event are the Joseph O’Brien-trained pair Banbridge and Solness, Henry de Bromhead’s Quilixios and the Fil Dor from Gordon Elliott’s yard.
Alongside the Hilly Way Chase, the meeting will also feature the Grade 2 Coolmore NH Sires Order Of St George Irish EBF Mares Novice Chase and the Grade 3 Singletons Supervalu Stayers Novice Hurdle.
The seven-race card is scheduled to get underway at 12.03pm.
