The concluding race on this evening’s card, the ‘Buy A Racing Post Yearling Bonus Candidate’ Fillies Maiden was won by 9/4 favourite Easy Mate from the Dermot Weld stable in the hands of Pat Smullen.
Smullen gave the Monsun gelding a patient ride in rear and under a strong drive by Smullen the pair were soon on terms from over a furlong out and kept on well to lead close home.
