The runners spread across the track, down the straight, in search of the best ground in the seven-furlong handicap at Naas.

It was Roja Dove who prevailed in the centre, getting up close home to land the spoils. Benalex Park led a contingent which came over to the stand's side and was just denied victory in the dying strides.

The 10/1 winner was scoring on her handicap debut having had three runs at Dundalk earlier in the year.

"She had a few runs early on and then had a wind op so we gave her a break," revealed Condon.

"We've been happy with her since. Shane said she wasn't in love with the heavy ground.

"We'll keep her to similar handicaps and a mile might suit her better. Hopefully she can progress further. She's still green."
